Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to partner with the CTO and Chief of Staff teams. You will drive execution of technology priorities, manage governance, and translate leadership goals into measurable outcomes across Finance, HR, Communications, and Program Management.

The role requires strong financial acumen, senior-level communication, and the ability to influence across a large organization while maintaining operational discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects.
• 5-7 years in Chief of Staff, business management, strategy, operations, or related leadership role within a large organization.
• Strong financial and business acumen including budgeting, forecasting, headcount, and planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional executive communication skills with high-quality presentations and leadership content.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Leadership, Finance, HR, Communications, and Program Management to govern priorities.
• Translate leadership priorities into measurable outcomes and drive operational excellence across the organization.
• Develop executive content, presentations, talking points, and strategic narratives in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Establish leadership operating rhythms, governance processes, and timely decision-making mechanisms.
• Represent the CTO organization in key meetings and ensure actions are driven to completion.
