We’re seeking a Chief Technology Officer to own the technology vision and engineering execution, unifying frontend and backend into one strategic platform while sitting at the executive table alongside the CEO and other leaders.

Qualifications

15+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience leading engineering teams and technology organizations.
Ability to partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align technology with company priorities.

Responsibilities

Define and own technology vision and long-term technical roadmap.
Unify frontend and backend engineering into a cohesive architecture.
Lead architecture, deployment, and scaling of the technology platform; stay hands-on with critical engineering problems.
Oversee cloud infrastructure, DevOps, security, observability, and production reliability.
Build and mentor engineering teams, including Leads and their reports; set engineering standards and processes.
Partner with Product, Data, Growth, Finance and Strategy to translate business objectives into technical strategy.
