Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of US healthcare regulations (HIPAA, TEFCA) and data integration workflows.
• Proven experience guiding offshore development teams from a US time zone.
• 10+ years in a senior engineering management role overseeing project managers, system architecture, and API integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and US healthcare data integration initiatives.
• Oversee API design, data integration systems, and platform offerings.
• Establish standards, architecture guidelines, and development protocols for reliability and security.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance services and competitive position.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and TEFCA across solutions.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to align development with US requirements.
• Mentor the US Project Manager and review technical plans for feasibility and resources.
• Collaborate with US Office Manager, Account Manager, and Product Manager to align operations with tech capabilities.
• Document processes and maintain knowledge resources for internal teams.
• Provide technical input during high-value US client consultations.
