Job summary

Cyclaa is building the infrastructure layer for cycling with on-demand mobile mechanics and a Bike Digital Passport. We seek a Chief Technology Officer to lead the end-to-end technology vision, architecture, and execution for our platform in New York, NY.

You will guide software development, IT strategy, and data initiatives while partnering with product, operations, and leadership to drive scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Lead software development and architecture for Cyclaa’s multi-layer platform.
• Drive IT strategy and large cross-functional projects to business goals.
• Partner with product, design, and operations to ship user-centric features.
• Build, mentor, and retain diverse technical teams with an inclusive culture.
• Hands-on experience with web and mobile technologies, cloud infra, security, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering org and technical roadmap for service, commerce, and intelligence layers.
• Define architectures, data strategy, and IT standards for scalable growth.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and business leaders to translate needs into solutions.
• Establish engineering best practices, security, and reliability standards.
• Represent Cyclaa’s technology strategy to partners and investors.
