You will lead the design of AI-powered document intelligence, workflow automation, and enterprise data platforms and partner with enterprise customers to solve complex challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience building products from 0-1 in a startup or high-growth environment.
• CTO, Principal Engineer, Staff Engineer, or senior engineering leader with deep technical expertise.
• Hands-on experience building production systems with Python, TypeScript/React (Go is a plus).
• Proven experience leading technical architecture, engineering strategy, and team growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset balancing executive leadership and hands-on engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define the company's technical vision, architecture, and engineering strategy.
• Build and scale the engineering organization while remaining hands-on with development.
• Lead the design of AI-powered document intelligence, workflow automation, and enterprise data platforms.
• Partner directly with enterprise customers to solve complex technical and product challenges.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-caliber engineering team.
