Qualifications

• Proven track record as CTO, Principal Engineer, or senior engineering leader in a startup or high-growth setting.
• Hands-on experience building production systems with Python and TS/React; Go is a plus.
• Strong ability to set technical vision, architecture, and scale engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the company's technical vision, architecture, and engineering strategy.
• Build and scale the engineering organization while staying hands-on with development.
• Lead AI-powered document intelligence, workflow automation, and data platforms.
• Partner with enterprise customers to solve complex technical challenges.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-caliber engineering team.
