Job summary

The Bank seeks a Chief Technology and Innovation Officer to steer digital transformation, AI, and automation initiatives across core banking and customer-facing platforms. You will shape the technology strategy and lead innovation to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include defining the technology roadmap, partnering with IT, Operations, and Product teams, and establishing a PMO to standardize delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI and automation adoption in regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation and technology roadmap.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of new banking technologies and platforms.
• Build and lead PMO governance, reporting, and delivery methodologies.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Legal to meet regulatory requirements.
• Present initiatives and ROI projections to leadership and the Board.
