Job summary

Cherokee Strategic Edge is seeking a Collective Training Exercise Integrator Task Lead to oversee training development, scenario generation, and multi-INT collection operations for INSCOM's Training Readiness and Exercise program. You will supervise contractor personnel, ensure mission-aligned training products, and coordinate with government leads.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, extensive Army MI experience, and proven leadership in training development and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Minimum of twelve (12) years of Army Military Intelligence experience.
  • Minimum of twelve (12) years as an MOS 35 series.
  • Proficiency in DCGS-A or DIS software applications.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of tactical Division-level and below in any Military Intelligence discipline.
  • Exercise Observer/Controller/Trainer (OC/T) experience preferred.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of labor-category activities to meet mission requirements.
  • Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursuit of developments in academia or other fields affecting tradecraft.
  • Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches for rigorous assessments.
  • Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments and analytic rigor.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the designated CTEI Task Lead for assigned contract requirements and provide day-to-day leadership for contractor personnel.
  • Exercise tasking authority over assigned CTEI contractor personnel in alignment with contract, Program Manager guidance, customer priorities, and policy.
  • Oversee synchronization of all CTEI activities, deliverables, training events, and personnel to meet mission requirements.
  • Direct support to development of exercises, scenarios, and mission essential tasks across the Total Army at all echelons.
  • Establish performance expectations, communicate priorities, track workload, and elevate risks to the Program Manager.
  • Provide oversight of multi-INT collection using analytics to interpret ISR data sources.
  • Lead review of products, materials, and deliverables to meet standards and customer needs.
  • Provide counseling, mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to contractor personnel.
  • Identify gaps in collection methods and assess collection options to improve effectiveness.
  • Lead recurring team meetings, reviews, and after-action discussions with timely feedback.
  • Collaborate with collection requirements managers, analytic elements, and consumers for focused operations.
  • Provide direction on intelligence collection systems and analytic outputs for collectors and consumers.
  • Collaborate across the IC to understand consumer needs and optimize collection operations.
  • Supervise and evaluate CTEI products and collection plans execution.
  • Provide ongoing personnel development and continuity planning.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and readiness validation of contractor personnel.
  • Lead a professional, accountable, mission-focused work environment.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
