Job summary

Cherokee Strategic Edge seeks a Collective Training Exercise Integrator (CTEI) to support INSCOM's TREX program. You will develop, maintain, and deliver training materials to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, extensive Army MI experience, and knowledge of DATE, TADSS, MSEL and STE. You will contribute to battlefield training environments and work with WFXs and leadership teams to ensure mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Minimum 8 years of Army Military Intelligence experience with latest 2 years
• Minimum 3 CTC rotational iterations in an Intelligence capacity
• Familiarization with DATE, TADSS, MSEL, STE
• Proficiency in DCGS-A or DIS software applications
• OC/T experience preferred
• Master's degree preferred
• In-depth knowledge of CTEI activities to meet mission requirements
• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments

Responsibilities

• Provide liaison and direct support to the operational commander and Foundry Site Director for home station collective training exercises
• Support Army, Joint, Combined WFXs, training intelligence elements across brigades and special operations
• Provide lesson plans/presentations/curricula for educational goals and maintain materials
• Review policy and doctrine publications for incorporation into training products
• Develop/maintain training records and tracking systems
• Incorporate DATE and Unified Action Partner capabilities to meet objectives
• Attend and graduate DISMG within 24 months
• Performs other job related duties as assigned
