Job summary

Client Solution Architects is seeking an Intel Collective Trainer to support our Fort Leavenworth program in Kansas. You will deliver live and constructive Mission Command training, stay current with TRADOC doctrine, and tailor scenarios to unit needs.

A minimum of 6 years of staff experience in Warfighting Functions, Army MCIS exposure, and a Secret clearance are required. A Combat Arms/Staff background with Battalion-level leadership is highly valued, along with a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required and must maintain it.
• Senior Army leadership with training management background; CTC experience preferred.
• Combat Arms/Support Officer with staff experience at Battalion level or higher.
• Battalion+ commander preferred or equivalent (04/MAJ, E8/MSG, CW2/Warrant Officer).
• 6+ years staff experience in the Warfighting Function; 8 years in MCTSP variants.
• Recent experience with ARNG training support systems and MCIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide DTT SME in Intel and support live/constructive Mission Command training.
• Keep training materials aligned with TRADOC doctrine and provide current OPORDs.
• Adapt training to low-density branches and tailor scenarios to unit needs.
• Collaborate with TUC to modify OPORD/scenarios for realistic events.
