Job summary

Granbury High School in Granbury, Texas seeks a Director of Career and Technical Education to lead CTE programs district-wide. You will oversee instruction, CTSOs, and CCMR outcomes, while pursuing grants to expand opportunities for student success.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with teachers, counselors, and administrators throughout the district.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Texas Principal Certificate, or ability to obtain within three years of hire, required.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, supervision, evaluation, and improvement of District CTE programs.
• Ensure rigorous instruction and aligned facilities with state standards and industry needs.
• Support curriculum development, technology integration, and professional growth for teachers.
• Evaluate programs and expand or modify based on workforce demand and resources.
• Ensure CTE facilities and equipment are safe, current, and compliant with standards.
• Coordinate access to CTE programs and ARD requirements with counselors and admins.
