Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Career & Technical Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of teaching experience in a CTE setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide district-level leadership for 7–12 CTE programs and ensure alignment with state standards.
• Lead Perkins V, NM Next Gen CTE, and other grant administration activities with meticulous documentation.
• Coordinate data reporting, program evaluation, and continuous improvement for CTE offerings.
• Build partnerships with local employers, postsecondary institutions, and workforce boards to expand internships and dual credit.
• Oversee advisory councils, CTSOs, work-based learning, and student access across all CTE pathways.
• Lead staff development and recruiting efforts for district-wide CTE initiatives.
