Job summary

Rite of Passage is seeking a Career and Technical Education Coordinator to lead our CTE program at Palm Beach Youth Academy in West Palm Beach, FL. The role focuses on managing the CTE curriculum, staffing, and partnerships with industry and higher education to ensure high standards and compliance.

The coordinator will supervise CTE staff, oversee budgets, and pursue funding opportunities while maintaining positive relations with students, families, and the community.

Qualifications

• The job requires extensive knowledge of career and technical education and workforce needs.
• Ability to lead career and technical education presentations to prospective students and the public.

Responsibilities

• Administers all phases of the site’s CTE programs.
• Develops, implements and monitors program budgets and staffing.
• Ensures that CTE program standards are met and compliant with licensing and policy.
• Seeks funding opportunities to enhance CTE programs.
• Develops and maintains relationships with higher education, state agencies, local businesses and community organizations.
