Job summary

Rite of Passage Team is seeking a CTI Instructor for Miami Youth Academy in Miami, FL. The role involves administering all phases of the CTI programs and ensuring program standards are met across Rite of Passage sites.

The selected candidate will review program elements, seek funding opportunities, and collaborate with higher education, state agencies, local businesses, and community organizations to support youth services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Career and Technical Education Administrators certification preferred.
• Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screen, TB test.

Responsibilities

• Administers all phases of the CTI programs.
• Ensures CTI program standards are met in Rite of Passage sites.
• Reviews and analyzes current program elements; provides direction to the Principal.
• Develops and maintains partnerships with higher education, state agencies, local businesses, and community organizations.
