Rite of Passage is hiring a Career and Technical Education Coordinator for Palm Beach Youth Academy in Palm Beach, FL. The role leads the CTE program, supports teachers, and aligns with industry needs to improve student outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have CTE leadership experience, knowledge of Perkins criteria, and the ability to manage budgets and partnerships with education and industry partners in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing a Career and Technical Education program.
• Knowledge of state learning requirements and Perkins criteria.
• Ability to lead CTE presentations to students and the public.

Responsibilities

• Administer all phases of the site’s CTE programs.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and staffing with administrators.
• Ensure CTE standards meet Rite of Passage policies and licensing.
• Seek funding opportunities to enhance CTE programs.
• Collaborate with higher education, agencies, and local businesses.
