Job summary

Rite of Passage - Miami Youth Academy seeks a CTI Instructor to administer CTI programs and ensure standards across all Rite of Passage approved sites. The role involves program review and collaboration with the Principal to maintain high standards.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, and prefers a Career and Technical Education Administrator certification. Strong communication, confidentiality, and willingness to work >40 hours are essential; relocation or local travel may be

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Career and Technical Education Administrator certification preferred.
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and TB test.
Excellent verbal and written communication; must maintain confidentiality.
Willing to work in excess of 40 hours per week and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Administers all phases of the site’s CTI programs and ensures standards are met.
Reviews and analyzes current program elements and provides direction to the Principal.
Seeks funding opportunities to enhance the CTI programs.
Develops and maintains relationships with higher education, state agencies, local businesses, and community organizations.
