Applitrack in Lorain, OH is seeking a Career Technical Education Job Coach to provide on-site coaching and breakdown of job tasks for students with disabilities. The role supports social integration, reinforces workplace behavior, and ensures minor labor law compliance on and off campus.

The position requires coordination with teachers and partners to tailor tasks, promote safety, and adapt to diverse work settings during the 184-day school year. ASAP start with a salary grid-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Provide on-site job coaching and teach foundational work skills by breaking down job duties into trainable steps for students with disabilities.
• Communicate with school staff and business partners to learn the tasks students will be expected to perform.
• Work closely with students to ensure compliance and safety measures are followed.
• Versatility in handling a variety of tasks and adjusting to new work environments throughout the school year.
