Job summary

Rite of Passage is seeking a CTI Instructor at Miami Youth Academy in Miami, FL. This full-time, on-site role will administer all phases of the CTI programs and ensure adherence to program standards as part of our mission to improve youth lives.

You will review current elements, seek funding opportunities, and collaborate with education partners and community organizations to support the youth we serve. A HS diploma or GED is required, with preferred CT(E) Administrator certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Career and Technical Education Administrator certification preferred.
• Pass criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test.
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Administers all phases of the site’s CTI programs.
• Ensures CTI program standards are met.
• Reviews and analyzes current program elements and advises leadership.
• Identifies and pursues funding opportunities to enhance CTI programs.
• Builds and maintains relationships with higher education, state agencies, and community organizations.
