Job summary

The Archdiocese of Omaha Chancery is seeking an Associate Superintendent of Career & Technical Education to lead a comprehensive CTE program serving all K-12 students across its Catholic schools. You will shape strategy, manage budgets, and build partnerships with business and postsecondary institutions to strengthen career pathways.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Educational Administration required.
• Current Nebraska teaching certificate in CTE or ability to obtain by Aug 2027.
• Nebraska administrator certificate or ability to obtain by Aug 2027.
• Minimum 5 years of successful teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and strategic direction for CTE and its growth across K-12.
• Develop initiatives expanding access to high-quality CTE aligned with workforce needs.
• Lead improvement efforts on student outcomes, instruction, equity, and readiness.
• Oversee program budgets, staffing, and resource management.
• Build partnerships with colleges, industry, and community organizations.
• Supervise CTE staff and support professional development.
• Ensure meaningful career exploration, credentials, internships, and pathways.
• Advocate for Catholic-aligned initiatives and faith integration in work.
