Responsibilities

• Monitors CTE programs to ensure implementation fidelity.
• Conducts on-site CTE program evaluations/observations.
• Provides technical assistance to industry-specific CTE programs in high schools.
• Plans and implements innovative programs aligned with priority occupations.
• Develops partnerships with business, industry and postsecondary entities.
• Coordinates and supports new-teacher onboarding with OCA and PIP processes.
• Develops budget allocations and manages expenditures.
