Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; eligible for North Carolina Career Development Coordinator licensure (747).
• Minimum 3–5 years of successful experience in Career and Technical Education, workforce development, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative partnerships with business and industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide district leadership for comprehensive career development services across all schools.
• Coordinate districtwide implementation of career awareness, exploration, planning, and readiness initiatives.
• Develop district resources that strengthen career development instruction and career-connected learning.
• Promote equitable access to career development opportunities for all students.
