Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field from regionally accredited college.
Experience in finance and budgeting.
Ability to plan, organize, and manage complex projects.
Experience with Microsoft Office and data tools.

Responsibilities

Establish CTE budget development processes and ensure timely execution.
Create scenario plans with multi-year forecasts and trend analyses.
Assist in budget submissions to the State within guidelines; review expenditures.
Maintain general accounting processes and budget-to-actual analyses.
Support internal controls, policies, and forms development.
Monitor CTE grant invoices, statements, and deposits.
Ensure compliance with state and federal policies; report to CTE Dean and Provost.
Foster relationships with stakeholders and support student recruitment/retention.
