Zusammenfassung

Emerus is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging procedures, including CT and X-ray, at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. You will support physicians, nurses and staff to deliver quality patient care across our imaging department.

Required qualifications include AMA-approved radiology program graduation, ARRT registration in radiography, BLS, and English fluency. Preferred: 2+ years radiology, 1+ year CT, and PACS proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED.
• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology.
• Associate’s degree in Radiology, preferred.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT in radiography required.
• ARRT CT certification preferred (if applicable).
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association, required.
• 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience, preferred.
• 1+ years of CT experience, preferred.
• 1+ years of emergency room experience, preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to physicians, nurses and staff in meeting patient needs.
• Operate and maintain imaging department equipment including X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS.
• Perform imaging exams in accordance with policies and notify the physician on duty of results.
• Perform basic clinical procedures under the direction of the physician and/or nurse on duty.
• Maintain all required documentation, logs, charts, forms and records in paper and electronic formats.
• Travel to all facility locations as required.
• Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
