Job summary

Emerus seeks a Radiology Technologist to perform CT and X-ray imaging with minimal supervision. You will support physicians, nurses and staff, maintain equipment, and ensure quality control per COLA and CLIA regulations.

Requirements include ARRT registration in radiography, current BLS, and 2+ years of imaging experience. Strong English communication is essential for patient interaction and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology required.
• Associate’s degree in Radiology preferred.
• ARRT registration in radiography required.
• Current BLS certification through AHA required.
• 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience preferred; 1+ years CT and ER experience preferred.
• Fluency in English, written and oral, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to physicians, nurses and staff.
• Operate and maintain imaging department equipment including X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS.
• Perform imaging exams per policies, notify physician on duty of results.
• Maintain all documentation, logs, and records in paper and electronic formats.
• Travel to facility locations as required.
• Attend staff meetings and perform duties as assigned.
