Job summary

Emerus is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging procedures including X-ray and CT under minimal supervision. The role requires maintaining equipment, documenting results, and supporting physician and nursing staff in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualified candidates will have ARRT radiography certification, BLS, and CT certification (or within 12 months of hire). Travel to multiple facility locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology is required.
• Associate’s degree in Radiology is preferred.
• Certified as an radiologic technologist (ARRT) in radiography is required.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required.
• CT certification is required (Las Vegas Market) and must be obtained within 12 months of hire (Pennsylvania market).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist physicians, nurses and other staff.
• Operate and maintain all imaging department equipment including X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS.
• Perform imaging exams in accordance with policies and notify physician on duty of results.
• Maintain documentation and records.
• Travel to all facility locations as required.
• Attend staff meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Ensure quality control and proficiency testing as established by the facility.
