Job summary

Intermountain Health is hiring a CT Technologist at Good Samaritan Hospital, Lafayette, CO, with a 36-hour weekly schedule in a weekend program and a $5.00/hour weekend differential. The role requires ARRT CT credentials, BLS, state licensure, IV competency, and 1–2 years of CT experience in a hospital setting.

Level II candidates should have 3+ years of CT experience and be prepared to maintain high standards of image quality and radiation safety while mentoring students and staff.

Qualifications

• ARRT(CT) registration required upon Hire; ARRT(R) mandatory.
• BLS certification within 60 days; licensure in practice state upon Hire.
• 1–2 years CT experience in hospital setting preferred.
• Fluoroscopy certification preferred for Colorado caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency in clinical and technical functions.
• Operate CT equipment and related information systems to produce quality images.
• Ensure proper patient identification, order verification, and exam preparation.
• Perform exams per department protocol; review images for quality and accuracy.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete studies within department time expectations without compromising care.
• Provide patient education and address concerns; coordinate care with other providers.
• Stay updated with CT technology and participate in ongoing education.
