Qualifications

• ARRT (R) CT certification required at hire.
• BLS certification within 60 days; state licensure required at hire.
• 1-2 years CT hospital experience preferred; fluoroscopy preferred in CO.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency and operate CT equipment.
• Ensure patient identification, order verification, and exam preparation.
• Review images for quality and consistency with protocol.
• Uphold radiation safety and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide patient education and assist other care providers as needed.
• Stay current with CT technology and participate in continuing education.
• Instruct students and radiology staff on exam protocols.
