Job summary

Intermountain Health's Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, CO is seeking a CT Technologist for a weekend program. The role requires ARRT CT certification, BLS, and state licensure; weekend hours feature a $5/hour differential on Saturdays and Sundays.

You will maintain ARRT competency, operate CT equipment, ensure patient safety, and support education for students and staff. 36 hours weekly with a competitive hourly rate and benefits.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) CT certification required at hire.
• BLS certification required within 60 days.
• State licensure upon hire, if applicable.
• 1–2 years CT experience preferred for Level I; 3+ years preferred for Level II.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency in CT functions.
• Operate CT equipment and information systems to produce quality images.
• Ensure proper patient identification, order verification, and exam preparation.
• Perform exams per department protocol.
• Review images for quality and anatomical coverage.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide patient education and address concerns.
• Instruct students and staff in protocols and positioning.
