Job summary

Intermountain Health's Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado, seeks a CT Technologist for a 36-hour week in a weekend program. The role requires ARRT CT certification, BLS, state licensure, and IV competency with 3+ years CT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) CT certification required at hire.
• BLS certification within 60 days is required.
• Colorado state licensure on hire is required.
• IV competency within 90 days.
• Level II CT technologist: 3+ years preferred.
• Fluoroscopy certification preferred in CO facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT CT competency across clinical/technical tasks.
• Operate CT equipment and information systems to produce quality images.
• Identify patients, verify orders, and prepare for exams.
• Perform exams per department protocol and review image quality.
• Ensure radiation safety and safe patient care practices.
• Complete studies within department time expectations without compromising care.
• Educate patients, ensure comfort, and address concerns.
• Coordinate care and communicate with other providers as needed.
