Job summary

Grady Health System seeks a CT Technologist to perform advanced computed tomography imaging under radiologist direction for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients. You will produce high-quality images while ensuring patient safety and comfort across exams and align with regulatory standards.

This full-time role covers weekend nights (Fri-Sun, 7p-7:30a), supports efficient patient flow, and helps optimize imaging services without compromising quality or patient experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an approved school of Radiologic Technology is required.
• ARRT Registered Technologist credential required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ARRT-CT certification due within six months of hire (if applicable).
• Maintain active status with ARRT or NMTCB, including CE and license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures for inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images per protocols.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and appropriate care during procedures.
• Operate CT scanners and related imaging technologies safely and effectively.
• Support efficient patient flow and examination throughput on assigned shifts.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per regulatory requirements.
• Maintain licensure, certification, and continuing education.
