Grady Health System is seeking a PRN / Pool CT Technologist for Night Shift to perform advanced CT imaging under radiologist direction. The role delivers high-quality diagnostic images and contributes to timely clinical interpretation while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.

The Technologist operates CT equipment, adheres to safety standards, and supports efficient patient flow during shifts. Candidates must meet ARRT/NMTCB requirements and maintain licensure with ongoing CE credits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree from an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT-CT certification within six months of hire; ARRT registration in good standing; NMTCB acceptable.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with imaging protocols and radiologist direction.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images to support accurate clinical interpretation.
• Monitor and support patient safety, comfort, and care throughout imaging procedures.
• Utilize CT scanners and related imaging technologies to perform diagnostic studies.
• Support efficient patient flow and examination throughput during assigned shifts.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and departmental standards.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, certification, and continuing education requirements.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Associate's Degree from an approved Radiologic Technology program

ARRT Registration as a Registered Technologist
