Job summary

Grady Health System in Atlanta is seeking a CT Technologist to perform total body imaging across neonatal to adult patients. The role requires operating CT scanners, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining quality documentation.

Schedule is nights, Mon–Thu, with potential weekend/holiday shifts based on needs. The candidate must hold ARRT registration, a radiologic technology degree, and BLS certification, with ARRT-CT credential due within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate's Degree from an approved school of Radiologic Technology
• Registered Technologist with ARRT
• Current BLS certification
• ARRT-CT certification required within six (6) months of hire
• Maintain active ARRT/NMTCB status including CE and annual license renewal

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures for inpatient and outpatient populations
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with protocols and standards
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and appropriate care during imaging procedures
• Operate CT scanners and related imaging technologies safely and effectively
• Support efficient patient flow and examination throughput on assigned shifts
• Complete accurate clinical documentation per regulatory and department requirements
• Maintain licensure and continuing education compliance
