Job summary

Atrium Health and Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC are seeking a CT Technologist I to join the radiology team. Qualifications

• Graduate of an institution accredited by an agency that ARRT recognizes in Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology.

Responsibilities

• Examines requests and verifies orders; refer to Radiologist if discrepancies.
• Identify patient, prepare and explain procedures; use two identifiers.
• Interview patients for medical history; document EMR information.
• Operate CT scanner and associated equipment; ensure image quality.
• Maintain radiation safety and report malfunctions; assist in emergencies.
