Akumin Inc. is looking for a CT Technologist to ensure patient safety and perform high-quality CT studies. In this part-time role, you will communicate effectively with customers and may train new staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Registered with ARRT in Computed Tomography.
• Licensed in Medical Imaging if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and perform high quality CT studies.
• Communicate effectively with customers and radiologists.
• Train new technologists and/or Patient Coordinators.
• Troubleshoot scanner and peripheral equipment.

Basic knowledge of computer applications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Registered Computed Tomography Technologists by the ARRT

State license in Medical Imaging

CPR certification
