Job summary

Atrium Health Kings Mountain is seeking a part-time CT Technologist I to perform CT procedures with accuracy and clinical proficiency. The role requires adherence to radiology protocols, patient safety, and effective collaboration with radiologists and nursing staff.

The position is PRN/as needed, with pay range of $42.00 per hour, and involves rotating shifts including call back and weekends. ARRT certification and BLS are required, along with strong knowledge of anatomy and radiologic safety.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiology or NMTCB for Nuclear Medicine; ARRT CT registry within 1 year of hire is required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT scanners and related equipment per protocol.
• Identify patients and explain procedures, obtaining consent and history.
• Prepare patients and document procedures in appropriate forms.
• Rotate shifts including call back, holidays and weekends as needed.
