Job summary

Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Cobb County, GA is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver safe, high-quality imaging and a supportive patient experience. The role requires ARRT certification with BLS and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

You will perform CT exams, maintain ALARA principles, prepare patients, administer contrast, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program is required.
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications with BLS are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and maintain diagnostic image quality.
• Administer contrast using venipuncture per protocol.
• Explain procedures and reduce patient anxiety using AIDET.
• Document studies accurately in RIS/PACS and ensure patient safety.
