Job summary

Corewell Health Farmington Hills Hospital is seeking a part-time CT Technologist to join our radiology team. You will perform diagnostic CT exams, align with ALARA principles, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.

Responsibilities include maintaining image quality, adhering to regulatory standards, and collaborating with radiologists and technologists to deliver timely, accurate results for our patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent graduate of JRCERT-accredited radiography program.
• 1 year of relevant experience; 1–3 years beyond staff radiographer preferred.
• CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration (ARRT) required upon hire.
• CRT-CT (CT) ARRT; excludes those hired before 2008; 1 year required.
• CRT-BLS (AHA or ARC) upon hire required.

Corewell Health Farmington Hills opened on Jan. 19, 1965 as a 200-bed facility known then as Botsford General Hospital. Today, Corewell Health Farmington Hills Hospital is a 305-bed teaching facility with Level II trauma status.

Scope of work

As a CT Technologist with Corewell Health, you can turn detailed images into life-changing diagnoses. You'll be responsible for performing accurate diagnostic CT exams while following regulations and ALARA principles of radiation protection. You'll be a vital part of our team, making a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Required Associate's Degree or equivalent Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
• 1 year of relevant experience 1-3 years’ experience beyond staff radiographer level. Preferred
• CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required
• CRT-Computed Tomography (CT) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Excludes team members hired prior to 2008. 1 Year required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required
