Job summary

TriHealth Rehabilitation Hospital in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a CT Technologist / X-Ray Tech for a Per Diem/PRN/As Needed schedule.

You will operate a CT scanner to produce cross-sectional images, prepare patients, administer contrast as directed, and ensure quality through QA and safety practices.

Requires ARRT or CMRT certification, BLS, state licensure renewal, and continuing education; offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and potential advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist with current state license.
• At least 1 year experience as a CT Technologist (not including school).
• Must have ARRT or CMRT certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must stay current with Continuing Education in licensure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the patient for diagnostic procedures by explaining the process and creating a comfortable environment.
• Operate the CT scanner to produce cross-sectional images of the required anatomy.
• Administer contrast media as directed by the physician.
• Monitor patients for adverse drug events and report as needed.
• Perform routine quality assurance on imaging equipment.

Position: CT Technologist / X-Ray Tech

Location: Cincinnati, OH - Inside of TriHealth Rehabilitation Hospital

Schedule: Per Diem/PRN/As Needed

Compensation: $45.00 per Hour

Sign on Bonus: $5,000

• Perform routine quality assurance on equipment and identify basic malfunctions.
• Perform clerical duties, as needed, such as answering phones.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist and hold current state license (as required).
• At least 1 year experience as a CT Technologist (not including school).
• Must have ARRT or CMRT certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must be current with Continuing Education in all fields of licensure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating facility-specific equipment desirable.
