Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic, fluoroscopic, and CT exams on patients both in the department and with portable equipment.
• Float between CIRH and IRH units as needed.
• Explain procedures to patients and create a comfortable environment.
• Use proper patient positioning and technical factors to produce quality diagnostic studies.
• Operate a CT scanner to produce cross‑sectional images of desired anatomy.
• Administer contrast media as directed and monitor patients for adverse drug events, reporting accordingly.
• Perform routine quality assurance on equipment and identify basic malfunctions.
• Perform clerical duties as needed, such as answering phones.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a licensed Radiologic Technologist and current state license.
• At least 1 year experience as a CT Technologist (not including school).
• ARRT or CMRT certification.
• BLS certification.
• Current with continuing education in all fields of licensure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating facility‑specific equipment.
