Job summary

Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park, KS seeks a CT Technologist to perform routine and specialized CT imaging with ionizing radiation in line with standards. You will assist patients on the CT table, start IVs for contrast, and ensure high-quality images for physicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-accredited program with a certificate or degree in Radiology Technology.
• ARRT-CT or NMTCB-CT certification or registry-eligible within 6 months of hire.
• Kansas board of healing arts license required.
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• BCLS required within 30 days of start date.
• Two years CT experience preferred with on-call readiness within 30 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Compassionately assist and position patients on the CT table.
• Start IVs for contrast injection when necessary.
• Assess image quality and adjust as needed to ensure diagnostic utility.
• Provide post-procedure instructions to patients as applicable.
• Prepare room and sterilize equipment between patients; adhere to aseptic technique.
