Job summary

Overland Park Regional Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a CT Technologist Multimodality to perform routine and specialized imaging procedures following professional standards. You will position patients on the CT table, start IVs for contrast when needed, and ensure high-quality images for physicians' diagnoses.

This role emphasizes patient care, aseptic technique between patients, adherence to radiation safety guidelines, and collaboration within a compassionate team

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-accredited program with a certificate in Radiology or a degree in Radiology Technology.
• Registered CT Technologist (CT) within 1 year of employment start date.
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) within 1 year of employment start date.
• BCLS within 30 days of start date.
• Two years of CT experience preferred with additional CT training.

Responsibilities

• Position patients on the CT table with compassion.
• Start IVs for contrast as needed.
• Assess image quality and adjust as necessary.
• Release patients with post-procedure instructions and ensure safety.
• Prepare rooms between patients using aseptic technique and sterilize equipment.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
