Position Summary:

Performs diagnostic CT Scan examinations for evaluation and treatment by attending physicians. Responsible for direct patient care of geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric, and neonatal patients until they are returned to their room or discharged. Supervises the daily routine of CT Scan procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Thorough knowledge of CT Scan procedures, terminology, physiology, and human anatomy.
• Preferred: Associates or Bachelors degree in Radiologic Technology.

Other Qualifications:

• ARRT CT Registry required within 6 months of hire.
• Florida DOH Certified Radiologic Technologist.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
