Job summary

Belton Regional Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist to perform routine and specialized CT imaging in a patient-centered environment. You will position patients, start IVs for contrast, ensure high-quality images, and provide clear post-procedure instructions.

The role requires an AMA-accredited radiology program or degree, ARRT registration within 1 year, and BCLS within 30 days, with two years CT experience preferred. On-call availability is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA accredited program with a certificate or degree in Radiology Technology.
• CT Technician registration required within 1 year of start date.
• ARRT Radiographer registration within 1 year of start date.
• BCLS required within 30 days of start date.
• Two years of experience preferred with CT scanning exposure.
• On Call required with 30-minute response time.

Responsibilities

• Assist and position patients on CT table with care.
• Start IVs for contrast as needed.
• Assess image quality and adjust as necessary.
• Provide post-procedure instructions to patients.
• Prepare room between patients using aseptic technique.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
