Job summary

South Texas Health System is seeking a dedicated Computed Tomography Technologist to perform CT scans, ensure quality control, and verify orders with a radiologist when needed. Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Licensed MRT in Texas and ARRT CT certification.
• BCLS certification on hire and commitment to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform all CT exams and routine quality control.
• Evaluate orders with radiologist as needed and verify exam type.
• Screen patients for IV/contrast contraindications and interact with staff.
• Maintain clinical competencies and work weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.
