The role you’ll contribute:

This position contributes to the goals of the department by providing quality CT scanning services to patients from infancy through geriatrics undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in Imaging Services. Essential duties include obtaining patient history, explaining standard procedures, addressing patient concerns, and producing computerized tomographic images according to departmental protocols.

• Performs quality CT scan studies upon orders of licensed practitioners.
• Verifies physician orders prior to scanning.
• Checks with physicians, floor RNs, or radiologists if clarification of orders is needed.
