Shift: Friday/Saturday/Sunday 7:30pm-8am

Location: 1800 Hancock Rd. Minneola, 34715

The Community: AdventHealth Minneola, nestled in South Lake County, just a short drive to Orlando, offers a picturesque setting with parks and trails. The community is growing, with a new 80-bed hospital spanning approximately 204,000 sq ft, including an emergency department, full-service imaging, operating suites, and more, dedicated to delivering comprehensive clinical solutions.

The Role: Under general supervision, perform neuro and body scans on patients from neonate to geriatric, following ADVENTHEALTH protocols, transmitting images for diagnosis, and updating hospital systems. Participate in outstanding customer service and maintain respectful relationships, embodying AdventHealth principles.

• Perform exams using ADVENTHEALTH CT protocols, properly identify patients, educate them about procedures, and screen for contrast allergies.
• Complete exams efficiently, maintain workflow, and communicate effectively post-exam for patient discharge.
• Operate imaging equipment safely, perform scans on all ages, and adapt protocols as needed.
• Screen patients of childbearing age, minimize radiation exposure, follow infection control standards, and perform QA on CT scanners. May include handling pharmaceutical waste with proper training.
