Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent is seeking a CT Technologist in Macon, Georgia. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a Mon-Thurs 9p-7:30a schedule and a pay range of $32.45 - $48.70 per hour.

The role involves imaging CT studies, coordinating with Radiologists, and ensuring patient safety and accurate documentation. Minimum requirements include ARRT certification in Radiology (or NMTCB in Nuclear Medicine with CT registry within one year) and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiology required with CPR.
• Experience in CT scanning preferred.
• Knowledge of radiation safety principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Examine requests and verify orders with the Radiologist before exams.
• Identify patients and prepare them with explanations of procedures.
• Review EMR for clinical history and correlate tests with exams.
• Perform CT scanning and assist Radiologist during procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and safety standards during exams.
• Rotate shifts and participate in on-call as required.
