Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology is seeking a CT Technologist to join our team, working nights on a 5x12 schedule (7p–7a) with every-other-Sunday weekends. You will operate CT equipment, support CT guided procedures, and collaborate with radiologists and nurses to provide safe, efficient imaging services to the Northeast Ohio community.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program, ARRT-credentialed with CT, and licensed by ODH, with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtained within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in various settings.
• Assist CT guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Schedule and coordinate care for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment, and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Work effectively under stress and with minimal supervision within the CT team.
