Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology is seeking a CT Technologist to join our CT team. You will produce high-quality CT images and assist with CT-guided procedures in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT certified with CT credential (or obtain within 1 year), hold an Ohio radiographer license, and maintain BLS certification. Night shifts with cross-training opportunities are available in a collegial team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist (ARRT).
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within 1 year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtain within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images across modalities and settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures such as biopsies and drain placements.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment and what to expect.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and effective communication with the care team.
