Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for CT imaging at our Ohio facilities. The role focuses on acquiring high-quality CT studies, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining CT area operations across the department.

Minimum qualifications include ARRT RT(R) in good standing, CT certification within a year, and BLS. Training will cover CT protocol optimization and patient education to support accurate diagnoses in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered Technologist credentialed by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists RT(R) in good standing.
• Obtain Computed Tomography (CT) Certification within one year of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through AHA or ARC.
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and related pathologic processes.

Responsibilities

• Acquire patients chart data and review to determine correct room setup and study needs.
• Verify that the study ordered matches the diagnostic needs.
• Educate patients regarding procedure, equipment and exam to ensure understanding and cooperation.
• Maintain all aspects of the CT area, including technical and clerical components, for quality assurance and documentation.
